My freenas box has started to randomly crash while it is scrubbing my pool and I'm not sure what to make of the logs. The last time I ran smart tests and scrubbed the drives in the pool were fine. The logs are here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xdH1bm2FgSdZJcT6AyD-zHnWEnh56gSickWvURAqrxA/edit?usp=drivesdk
Edit for specs
Freenas 11.1 stable
I7 970 ( 3.2 GHz 6 core)

Boot drive on 2 mirrored 8gB San disk cruzer thumb drives
Asus p6td deluxe
Corsair rm 750w psu
StarTech.com 4 Port PCI SATA RAID Controller Adapter Card PCISATA4R1

This looks like the issue:
May 1 00:53:29 freenas swap_pager: indefinite wait buffer: bufobj: 0, blkno: 526952, size: 45056

To clarify, which exact version of FreeNAS (eg is it 11.1-U7)?

I too started having this issue two days back! I'm on 11.1U7, HP N36L, 8GB ECC RAM, 4x4TB RAID-Z2.

My logs: https://pastebin.com/2nFU3rz4

I have removed ~14000 lines of "swap_pager_getswapspace(2): failed” lines to comply with pastebin’s size limit.

This is the first time it has happened. This machine has no services or sharing running, other than ssh & rsync. Its just hosts the replicas of the primary server.

While looking through my debug logs, I found a panic.txt file which has this

I/O to pool 'tank' appears to be hung on vdev guid 3927753159453926719 at '/dev/gptid/1ae22a85-f7d5-11e8-872b-68b59972b65f'.

This is on a new'ish (5+ months old) Seagate Ironwolf I'd replaced a failed WD-RED with.
