FreeNAS and FreeBSD newbie question: import xfs partiton anyway

i used Debian 10 based NAS system before

but i install FreeNAS on this NAS and i need to import some datase on before debain 10 installed xfs disk

how can i import or mount xfs partiton on jail or something else?

i tried on jail, but i don't know how to mount host os's disk

and i don't know how to create virtual machine with this disk or partition

FreeNAS doesn't have the required software to mount XFS partitions, so the best answer is to mount that disk in a debian system and rsync the content across.

i really do like below

1. Install VMware in WIN10
2. Connect SSD to WIN10 and mount on VMware
3. copy to SMB
