FreeNAS 9.3 - ISO into a bootable USB Stick

At the moment there isn't an .IMG file I can download for FreeNAS 9.3 so I can use for a USB stick. I downloaded the .ISO image. How can I get this to install or image it to a bootable USB stick?

I tried with a VM (VMware Workstation 11) to install to a USB stick (16GB) and this the error I get

I've used http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/ to write the ISO to a USB, and then use that USB to boot and then install onto the "FreeNAS" USB.
