Ive installed the new FreeNas 9.2.1.1, but the Owncloud plugin isn't in the plugin-list ?
Do I have to install it manually ?

Technically, yes. Make your own jail and install the software from the CLI. The problem is that the PBIs aren't available in a 32-bit version because 32-bit is dead in the water. UFS and 32-bit support are being discontinued.
