Hi I have installed it on Hyper V Server 2012 as VM. I understand FreeNAS uses FreeBSD 9.2.1.1 and there is some Hyper V integration work is done for this build. Long story short, I need to access UUIDs before I can begin hyper v port installation. But when I type

gpart list, it doesn't give me the UIDs and doesn't even show the disk names that are showing up in /etc/fstab

In /etc/fstab I see entries like /dev/ufs/FreeNASs1 s3 and s4. Is there anyway I can get the UUID and update fstab so I can start trying to integrate hyper V?

UUIDs are used in GPT partition tables. If you are talking about FreeNAS boot devices -- they are partitioned with MBR scheme, that has no UUIDs. FreeNASs1, etc. are the UFS file systems labels, that should be available both in or out of Hyper-V.

FreeNAS data disks same time do use GPT and do have UUIDs and gpart list should show them.
