FreeNAS 9.2.0: The AIO options have been removed from CIFS

You can use the "auxiliary parameters" field in the CIFS config page to modify parameters that are not exposed by the GUI. The better question is "why do you need AIO"? Note that most samba tuning guides on the internet are out-of-date or contain bad info.
