FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE ---> FreeNAS-11.2-STABLE

I am currently on 9.10 stable, and would like to update to 11.2 stable

Is there any know issues or pitfalls when using the GUI interface System/Update?
Or should I update a different way? if so, how?

11.2 is still Beta, so you probably want 11.1. Other than that, just backup your config as a good precaution and be on your merry way with the GUI update function.

11.1 isn't an option from what I can see

Try 11-Stable and check that you get updates to version 11.1-U5.

I would defo go no further than 11 Stable.. anything after that is a crap shoot!

Just updated....... worked with little issue.
Updated my zfs, no problem.
It forgot to re-bind to AD, no problem.

I'm now it 11.1-U5
