Freenas 11.1 U5 VM's not installing

Ok folks, been trying to get some VM's started and no luck. I recorded the install and errors if anyone has any idea that would be great.

For me existing VMs wouldn't even start on U5, only got the "An error occured" message in the browser. Another update where I had to roll back...

Great, now to figure how to roll back :(

Normally you can select the different versions you have installed during the boot in the grub boot manager. With U4 everything works as usual for me.
