FN-9.3-Stable-201505130355 broken rsync module mode

upgrading to Stable-201505130355 broke the FN rsync module mode, causing my Mac OS X downstream and Linux rsync clients upstream from uploading or downloading any changed files (or indeed getting any communication from the rsync server whatsoever).

Regressing to Stable-201505100553 fixes the rsync daemon module problem. Without changing any config files or anything.
