flex jail webGui won't open

I had some trouble with my Plex standard jail installation, so I decided to delete and reinstall. As shown in the screenshot, I have the new installation running, and storage has been set up. But I can't access the web gui to select media folders for Plex to access. When I enter the ip (10.0.1.85) the browser just returns a blank screen.

I'm sure this is something simple, but I just can't figure it. Any help would be appreciated.

NP. Sometimes I forget about that. I just use a bookmark now
