Motherboard: Super Micro X9SCL (purchased two for $55 total, figured one would be a spare)
RAM: 12 GB (3x4 GB DDR3 ECC ) purchsed for $45 total, memory i believe is compatible from Supermicro website, Samsung model M391B5273CH0-CH9
PSU: Corsair CX 650, 2017 model (yet to purchase but around $50)
HD: Hitachi Ultrastar 7K4000 HUS724030ALE641 3TB - Unsure on quantity, read below, $45 each

CPU: I have a spare G620 and G2020. Also have an i3-2100 I could get by putting one of the mentioned CPUs in it's place from my HTPC.
Controller: 6 sata on motherboard or purchase a Dell H310 and flash to IT. around $30
Assuming I purchase a Dell 310 controller, 4x more drives, and a PSU all in I will be at $360 to setup this NAS with what I assume would be 15 TB usable space.
Trying to do this a low budget as possible, main goal is to get reliable and somewhat quick storage on a budget. So I have a few questions.
1. Are there any glaring issues with my build? If so, what would you change.
2. I was thinking of doing 7x Hitachi Ultrastar 7K4000 HUS724030ALE641 3TB drives in RaidZ2. I already have 4 of these refurb drives, I would be purchasing another 4, three for use one for backup. Any issues with this on a Dell 310 controller? Can I do 6x drives and use the onboard controller if the dell 310 wont work?
3. Does FreeNAS support or Link Aggregation (not LACP, but statically configured LAG)? The Dell 2748 I have supports LAG but not LACP. Also, if FreeNAS supports standard LAG would there be any issue using the onboard Intel NICs on the motherboard (Intel® 82579LM and 82574L, 2x Gigabit LAN ports) in a LAG? I do have a quad port intel NIC (E1G44ET2BLK) that is in use, but I could pull it if absolutely needed.
4. Can I get away with the G620 / G2020 CPU. There will be no jails, etc. this will be used strictly as network storage. The only think I many do is an iSCSI link to an ESXi host.
