File not accessible

Please forgive me as I am no expert but the issue I am having is when i use my login to access a shared file in FreeNAS from any computer on my network it says it is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network. I do.... it started out with my laptop only having this issue. Now all my PC are having this issue. Ive tried uninstalling my antivirus. Restoring windows to a known good point. I even reset network settings. The only way I can seem to access it is for example if i am on 2.4g and switch to 5g it will normally let me login to the file.

Can you try accessing the server via IP address? I.e. \\192.168.1.42\Movies instead of \\FREENAS\Movies. (Your FreeNAS server will have a different IP address than my example).

Yes I can access them that way!!! Any idea how to fix this issue?
