File locked by Samba and can't be unlocked

I have a file, maybe even an entire directory, that's locked by Samba Daemon:

Both of the processes locking the contents are Samba Daemon. I tried killing the processes, restarting the Samba service, and even the entire server, but nothing worked. As soon as I tried to access the file, it would get locked again.

I know there are many threads on this subject, but none have been of help so far...
