Feature Request: Support for GIF tunnels

Unless I'm missing something, the only way I can get a persistent GIF interface in FreeNAS is to store a script in a non-system pool that's scheduled to run @Reboot to build the interface. Can we get this feature supported in the GUI (and configdb) please?
