Failed manual owncloud upgrade

i tried to manually upgrade and got the following error

[1 / 1]: Checking table oc_notifications
Checked database schema update for apps
Updating database schema
Updated database
An error occurred.

is there a way to cancel this? its stuck in maint mode. i changed the config.php to false and when i refresh it it just brings me back to the upgrade page

any help appreciated

You're not supposed to upgrade plug-ins manually. You must update plug-ins from the FreeNAS GUI.

If you want to go the manual route, search in the How-To section on ownCloud for installation.

I installed manually from Josh's guide, it's not a plugin

well you're posting in the plugin section, lol so thats what we assume. maybe check the owncloud log in /mnt/files to see if that gives tiu a clue why the update is failing

I just reinstalled with the new version and all ok now!!
