Failed in Segment (SAS Drives)

Below is the pastebin of the drive. It failed a short and long test. Is this drive bad? I was under the impression to watch "Elements in grown defect list: ". I do see the Drive has 76 Read Errors too. First time with SAS drives, so I need to know if this drive needs to be pulled or not.

"Elements in grown defect list" would be for the bad sectors that the drive found out about by trying to read/write to them and getting a resultant error. Think of it as the "Reallocated_Sector_Count" of SAS.

But in your case, it looks like your drive was polite enough to let you know in advance via a background SMART test. Based on the 5yr HGST warranty and a manufacturing date in 2016, you should be able to get it RMAed without much fuss if you show them those SMART results.
