You right but there is write on red something like 'you will lose any data'
If you're creating a new pool using Manual Setup, you will lose any data on the disks that you're using. If you're adding disks to extend an existing pool, you will lose any data on the new disks (though FreeNAS usually won't let you add disks with data on them). If you're adding disks to extend an existing pool, though, you will not lose the data on your pool. Here's what you do, just tested in a VM:
  • Go to the Volume Manager
  • Click on Manual Setup
  • Select your existing pool under "Volume to Extend"
  • Select the new disk to add in the Member Disks section--that section won't show disks that are already being used
  • Click Add Volume, which is admittedly somewhat of a misnomer since you're extending the volume, not adding a volume.

i guess freenas will make a warning depend on smart scan if one of the disk are going to crash, so i think i will be able to at least copy some of this data to another disk
Do not make this assumption. You are more likely to have something bad happen and lose the entire pool.
