I have a pool consisting of 1 vdev with 3 disks(3x4T raidz1),now i want add 2 more 4T disk in NAS,but it seems like i cannot add new disk to existing vdev, the onlyway to expand storage space is add another vdev to this pool? So,did there have any way can add new disk to existing vdev?I don't want wast disks.

As of now expanding a vdev is not possible. Your only option with 2 additional disks is to create a mirror vdev and add it to the pool.

This is indeed a situation where the origin of ZFS (high-end enteprise storage) kind-of backfires for home or SMB usage.

On the other hand, since your net storage capacity is not that big, you may find someone with an 8 TB USB disk. So you could offload/backup your data, create a new vdev with 5 disks, and copy back your data. Personally, though, I would not want a RAIDZ1 with 5 disks of 4 TB, but instead go for a RAIDZ2. But I admit that it is a bit of an edge case.
