SOLVED Error when upgrade or install fresh chart

Hello,
I'm totaly lost.
I haven't touch truenas for a while.
Some app stop running correctly so now i need to fix them.
I'm running a simple media player apps list (radarr,Flare solver, jackett,qbitt, plex).
Since the feature : "enable host path safety check" i begin to encounter some trouble with radarr ...
I started to disable this option, but its getting worse week after week.
In the end i stoped all chart but plex and qbittorrent.

Im here to try to fix it all.

First step:
-Remove my smbshare ( they was used as host path in radarr,qbitt,plex etc etc)
-enable the host path safety check
-check update, im in 22.12.4.2 (i don't know if i should go to cobia or not)
-remove all old operators

But,
I can't upgrade or install fresh chart or operator
I got this error :
