Error when updating

I am trying to update and it's getting this error when I go to download and apply update. In the middle of downloading the update this keeps popping up. Ideas how to fix this?

Error: [EFAULT] Invalid update image file. Please, re-download update. Error: mount: /tmp/tmpbyik7btm: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.
