Error when adding new systems to TrueCommand 2.1-20220104

I added on system fine. When adding any new systems I get this error:
System offline: dial tcp xxx.xx.xx.xx:443: i/o timeout

Any help would be appreciated!

Well.... According to the error message, TrueCommand can not connect to HTTPS (port TCP 443) on that target. So this looks like a network connection problem. It may be related to a million thing, so we can not tell more from just that.

Do you call it over DNS name ? Does DNS resolution works ? From inside TrueCommand, can you connect to that port ? ....

Are those systems SCALE where you have Traefik running and have therefore switched your ports from 80 and 443 to something else?

If so, you need to specify the port in the server details too.

My issues was related to a firewall blocking port 443
