Not sure where this should be posted, and I have tried searching the boards to no avail, but here it goes: I get an error when trying to access the list of issues for a release - for example, that for the upcoming 12.0-U7 release:
There is no hyperlink on that page to request additional permissions, and it did work until a few weeks or months ago (and yes, I am logged in). Have the corresponding pages been intentionally put off limits for standard registered users? If so, the error page could be made more informative.
