Error on Install

Hi all sorry for this n00b question.

Here is the image of the error iam getting.

i installed latest freenas from a disk all went fine until i rebooted to this message after the internal wait 5 seconds part.

Any help is appriciated

Which disk did you install to? Have you tried booting without the Mellanox card?

I installed to a 16gb SanDisk USB. And not tried to install without Mellanox card thanks

OK, try a different boot disk. A USB thumb drive isn't reliable, and yours probably failed during the install. A small SSD would be both faster and more reliable than a thumb drive. You can find SSDs under 100G capacity for around $20 on Amazon.

tried a 500gb laptop hdd and a 1tb hdd both do the same thing with error on post 1.

It's probably choking on the multi-card reader. These are usually connected via USB; try disconnecting it physically.
