Error message during boot

I have a FreeNAS 11.1 server with two set of RAID5 configured. I believed one of the hard drive failure, the BIOS does not detect the hard drive anymore, I replaced the hard drive and reinstall the FreeNAS twice.

Please see error message screen shoot attached. I unable login the FreeNAS server via the web interface on my other computer and unable ping the IP address. Needs help to resolve all the issues.

Do you have a RAID controller? Or do you mean RAIDz1? Why did you reinstall FreeNAS? Please read the forum rules and post the required information. Without this information its is difficult if not impossible to help you.

No RAID controller. This FreeNAS is for storage of all my personal data at home. I have total 6 hard drives, 3 brand new and 3 old. I configured 3 brand new one as RAID 5 and the old three as another RAID 5.
