error: kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

I keep seeing "sshd error: kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host" every 15 minutes. I can't seem to track down what's causing this message.

I found the culprit being ntopng running on my OPNSense firewall which was set to do an active network discovery every 15 minutes.
