I just freshly installed FreeNAS on my machine:

Motherboard: GA-B75M-HD3
Processor: Intel core i3

I installed onto a 30GB USB Flash drive. At first I was having a problem with the display going black, but I found the solution to that from this post:
https://forums.freenas.org/index.ph...on-system-not-displayed-efi-blind-mode.45144/

Now I am getting the following output after boot (I never get the console setup):
------------------------------
re0: link state changed to UP
got link
DHCPDISCOVER on re0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 3
DHCPOFFER from 10.0.0.2
re0: link state changed to DOWN
re0: link state up -> down
DHCPDISCOVER on re0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67
re0: link state changed to UP
re0: link state down -> up
DHCPDISCOVER on re0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 5
re0: link state changed to DOWN
re0: link state up -> down
re0: link state changed to UP
re0: link state down -> up
re0: no link ... got link
pid 3130 (dhclient), uid 65: exitide on signal 11
segmentation fault
/etc/rc.d/dhclient: WARNING: failed to start dhclient
starting dhclient
re0: no link ...
------------------------------

The order of this tends to vary greatly - but there is no pause.
Sometimes it says interval 7 or interval 8 etc. and the pid varies of course.

It recognizes my DHCP server (10.0.0.2) which is provided by my ISP. The machine is plugged in to my wired/wireless router with 3 other machines (my PS3 and Printer are two of them). The entire system is COTS. I am using the motherboard integrated NIC.

I have tried replacing the cable, but this doesn't change anything.
