Not sure if this is the correct section to post this in, but I have an error in my boot drive after a scrub. My system has been up and running for 7 weeks or so. Do I need to replace my flash drive with a better quality drive, or is this somehow correctable.

This is the info from one of my daily emails I set up.

This is a good indicator of your boot drive failing. Suggest you backup your config and re-install on a fresh drive. You may want to get two flash drives so all you need to do is replace them should one fail.

Would it be a bad idea to follow this section of the guide at this point ? "5.3.1. Mirroring the Boot Device"

I ordered two new flash drives (should be here monday) I am wondering if I added one new drive following the guide, then replaced the original drive with the 2nd new drive, if my problem would be solved that way?

Or is it best, to simply shut down the system, remove the failing boot drive, plug in a new drive, install freenas. After install completes, log in to gui, load saved config, and I am back to normal?

This is the simplest route and they way that I would go.
