Enabling sysvipc in jail

I need sysvipc in order to use postgresql. I can enable it manually by executing "jail -m jid=X allow.sysvipc=1" where X is the jail in question, but this only lasts until the next reboot. How do I enable it permanently?

You can set it as a sysctl from the GUI, I'd expect. Don't have the exact details handy.
