Dual Xeon E5645 CPU's but only one is showing up in FreeNAS

I'm running version 11.3 and everything is going good (still learning shares but getting used to it) but the one thing that I am wondering if it's normal is for FreeNAS to only see/monitor 1 CPU when I have 2 of them, both are the same and both have the same Ram in them split between the two.

in shell it shows both processors are enabled and populated but on the freenas Dashboard it is only showing 1 CPU in the window but also my Pool & all ethernet cards
