Drives show up in any version other than 11.3 U1

Hardware: Dell R720xd, 12x4TB SAS, 256GB RAM, Dual E5-2637v2s, H710 mini in IT mode (shows as "Avago P20")

Keeping it short, in FreeNAS 11.3 U1 doesn't see my drives in the GUI. They show at POST, they show up as FreeNAS starts and enumerates all the devices, just nothing in the GUI. The drives were previously used in 11.2 U6 and ran for 6 months but were all scrubbed using DBAN so there's nothing on the drives, was a 7 pass DoD wipe.

I can confirm the drives do show up and can be used to create a pool right up to 11.2 U8 which it is now running. I can only assume the latest version is using different drivers and has an issue with the card or firmware it's running. I can reinstall 11.3 again to do some troubleshooting, I am not familiar with what commands to run, that is what I asking for help with. Or is this something you guys have seen before? If you want me to run anyway I can do so and post the output here.

Thanks for the replies guys, well I just went and reinstalled 11.3 U1 and ... all the disks are showing up now! I swear that's the third time I installed it and the only time it's shown disks. Sorry to waste everyone's time, I'll try a few reboots later and see if it's stable. The only difference this time was I created a pool in 11.2 U8 but I didn't do an upgrade I did a clean install. Ah well, at least it seems to be working.
