Drive recommendations mirrored stripe or pool?

At the moment, I have 2x18TB and 2x12TB drives. I was thinking I would stripe together a 12 and 18 for 30GB total, and then mirror that.

Before I commit to this, maybe some could recommend a better option for performance and/or redundancy?

I could buy another drive if needed. I'm not super familiar with ZFS pools etc.

I will be transferring a mix of large 4K video files and photos.

The pool will need to be built the other way around - you'll mirror the 2x18T and 2x12T drives with each other, and then "stripe" those - but with the same result of roughly 30T of usable space (less the overhead from the TB to TiB conversion, and a little reserved space for ZFS housekeeping.)
