Don't know where to start

Hey,

I am completely new to this sort of thing and have a NAS box I bought off a friend but it didn't come with the driver cd's etc.

I can log into the NAS fine but I am unable to find or install any bit-torrent programmes on it and thats what I was hoping to do!

So how do I get free NAS onto it?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have tired installing a few TAR files for torrent flux but this doesn't seem to work.

You're looking in the wrong direction: start with the OS already built in to the NAS. It won't run FreeNAS, because it's not a PC.
