What would cause the Directories created by SAB in /SABNZBD/Incomplete/Move or Showname to not be accessible by my Samba shares?

I can access all directories in Jail, software and my main pool but directories that SAB creates during download "Access is denied"

It is also "Access is denied" when going to /jail/software/SABNZBD/Incomplete/newly created directory

BTW my mount point is /SABNZBD to /jail/software/SABNZBD

I now have multiple folders (one for every thing I have downloaded) in /SABNZBD/Incomplete which I can not open or delete.

Also if I got to permissions for the jail data set and redo permissions checking "recursively" I can then go in and access the folders in question and delete them.

Why are the permissions not automatic from the parent data set?

Just to add, I am now having the same problem with the directories created by CP in /mnt/Storage/Movies

When CP creates the new movie directory all seems well but I can not access it until I redo permissions in the GUI selecting the "Set Permissions Recursively" option.

This is a huge problem since this is ultimately where my front end retrieves media from, Besides constantly redoing permissions what other options do I have?

did you try changing 'Permissions for completed downloads' ?

Sabnzbd > Config > Folders > 'Permissions for completed downloads'
