Hey all!
Not new to the build process but definitely a noob with NAS and server mentality. I was a PC guy until about 6 years ago when I happily switched to Apple and have never looked back (don't judge!). Looking at NAS for lots of things which all seem cool and doable, but my PRIMARY concern is storing pics for a lifetime with security, and being able to access them across the webs. Next would be PLEX, a close second. TimeMachine and a homegrown Dropbox are the future endeavors.
