Deleting old Boots

I am wanting to delete 9.10 and go back to FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE. My 9.10 didn't install correctly and won't boot correctly.
How do I do this?

It just doesn't load.
I just installed 11 and the system seems to work right now, other than I can't use web login.

I just installed 9.11

That's a neat trick, since there is no 9.11...
