DEGRADED Pool

I have a volume of 8 discs.
I wanted to add a 9th hard drive
I checked it out.
The process started.
Although I didn't understand it was scanned for 14 days
Now the process has stopped and I see this picture in the pool status.

What should I do now?

You cannot add disks to a RAIDZ1 vdev. I am not quite sure what you did in the UI, but please post the output of these three commands in an SSH session:
