Degraded main volume help

16 MB NON ECC RAM
3 x 5TB HGST

I had problems with degraded boot volume. I finally reinstalled FreeNAS and recovered configuration. But I am getting error on my main data volume now and have been. 5 files corrupted . Am I losing one or more drives? What can I do to get main volume healthy again? Here is my zpool status -v

I am almost ready to buy a QNAP NAS and rebuilt on that.

What is your hardware? Most importantly, do you have a quality power supply, and do you have ECC RAM?

No exception ram. But it is on a ups.

But what is the power supply? Not the UPS, but the system power supply.

Run a memtest on the system.
