Degraded drive, what do I do?

It looks like last night one of my drives degraded and has a 'faulted' status. How do I go about finding and replacing said drive?

Makes me sad as I've only had this server running for a week :(

Best way to track down the failed drive is to make note the serial number (Storage -> View Disks) and then go look in your FN box for it. Once you've found it, follow this guide: http://doc.freenas.org/11/storage.html#replacing-a-failed-drive

Literally two threads down from this one is another thread about disk errors. Is it that hard to look around for a solution before posting?
