Hi all,

I have a freenas with 9.1.1 installed. I have tried to put the drive in offline mode which didn't work as it was giving me read errors. I then removed it manually and then now it is showing me a number in the volume status which is only giving me option to replace and with all the efforts i am unable to do so. Can someone please help me. I have tried to follow the manual but couldn't do much.

Well, for starters, it looks like you didn't create the pool from the GUI. If you had instead of being da0p2 it would have a gptid. So you have bigger problems to deal with and I have no recommendations because I can't assume you had used the GUI. My guess is that you created it from the command line.

I finally was able to fix it via command line.

Thank you so much. Appreciate quick reply: I know I have to learn a lot and will keep working on it.

Thanks again
