Data VDEV grayed out?

So I just installed TrueNAS Core on an HP Proliant DL380 Gen9, I have 4 WD Gold 6TB HDD's through an HBA connected to it. The disks are shown (5.46TB?). Now I'm trying to create my first pool. I want to doa a "RAID0" setup (so that would be 2 VDEVS with striped disk right?).

However, when I click "ADD VDEV", I cannot select "Data" because it is grayed out.

However, when I select "Suggest layout", the 4 disks appear to be added as one single data VDEV, and I can choose the type (striped, morror, ZRAID1/2/3). HOwever, selecting mirror here will only leave me with 5.46TB (because it mirrors 4 times?)

Do you guys have any suggestions on what is going on?

I can't find the edit button, so sorry for double posting. RAIDZ3 is not available (which is to be expected with 4 disks).
