Dashboard Loading Issues

When logging into dashboard i have to immediately refresh or click option on side bar then go back to dashboard for it to show anything. Otherwise at least 80% of the time the dashboard shows nothing with a option saying configure dashboard.

Do you have some more details on the system, are there any errors in the browser console when the page fails to load and says to configure dashboard?
