Dashboard Issues after 11.3-U4 to U5 upgratde

After the upgrade 11.3-U4 to U5 sections of the dashboard do not work. For example when I move the cursor over Check For Updates the cursor changes, indicating focus, but clicking has no effect. Any items like Accounts, that have a caret, open when clicked, but the sub-menu can not be accessed. Other than the dashboard the server seems to be working fine. My windows client can access via SMB, and the linux client via NFS, the Plex plugin seems to be working fine. Any ideas on how to resolve are greatly appreciated.

Three times seems to be the charm, after a restart, and then log out and in two more times the GUI dashboard is working fine. No idea what the issue was, or what exactly rectified the issue.
