I have the same issue too. Just did an upgrade to 11.1-U2. It did not go well. I wound up doing a fresh install on a new SSD. The install claimed to be successful. I created the CA, intermediate CA, and cert, but i cannot log in to the old UI, only the beta. I imported my dataset and tried to import my old config, but the beta GUI does nothing when I click the submit button. This may be a browser issue, I don't think so, but nothing is fixing it. I cleared cache, I lowered security settings, I tried to import the cert, nothing is working but the beta GUI, and it doesn't actually work.
