CPU Reporting Questions

I'm currently running FreeNAS version 11.2-U2.1 and I don't understand the CPU reporting. I have a graph showing me 2200% at the highest point on the % CPU side. I think that user is what I would be most concerned with while streaming 1080p content via Plex. I get user spikes over 200% on a few spots looking at the chart. How should I be reading this?

How should I be reading this?

The graphs being completely useless is one of the big complaints about the new GUI. Hopefully it will be fixed in a future update, but there may be other aspects of the system function that need to be addressed first.

Does checking "Report CPU usage in percentage" in System -> Advanced resolve the issue for you?

I checked that box in the advanced settings and it eventually shows the CPU usage % if I wait a long time on the dashboard menu, but when I click on the reports button, it still shows 2200% at the top of the chart.
