Could add ups status graph?

What exactly do you even want to monitor regarding the UPS?

The nut daemon does put out some things...Line voltage into the UPS, line quality, percent full, etc. It's in a very parsable log file in /var/log somewhere.

You could in theory put a reporting tab on that.

You'd actually want to poll those from the NUT daemon.

I have already set ups on freenas and it's can see ups status by upsc command.But I hope can see ups status on web.

pfSense has a nice and simple UPS status page. It would be great to implement something similar into FreeNAS.
