The upgrade appeared to have gone smoothly, but something in the realm of AAA is clearly wrong. Is there a 'fix permissions' script/check somewhere? When I try to install an application they get stuck at Deploying, never create the container, and no logs are generated. The only hint of what is up is the error when I try to bring up a shell into the container.

Nothing I can see beyond this, seems like a validation bug when upgrading not correcting something or adapting something correctly.
