Console footer and console go dead

Sometime in the last month, I've noticed that the console in the WebGUI stops working, both the footer and full console. The footer stops reporting new stuff, and if you open the console you get a blank window. The rest of the GUI works fine. It can be repaired by logging out and back into the GUI.
