connection lost always...

Freenas just keeps disconnecting from the network everytime i try to copy something over. I have tried everything and now I think I may switch back to .72 as it was very stable for me.
Any thoughts.

Please pastebin your /var/log/messages somewhere and describe your setup (how you're connecting, how you're sharing your files, screenshots of the "disconnects", etc).
