Cloud Sync jobs always say "NOT RUN SINCE LAST BOOT"

Hello,

I have a troublesome issue with my Cloud Sync tasks always saying "NOT RUN SINCE LAST BOOT" in the Status column, except just after I have run them manually. All my jobs are on a daily schedule with varying night time start times. I haven't proved this, but I'm guessing the status resets daily. Obviously, this is a problem, because if they were really not running or failing, it'd be extremely important to know. I've also tried to pull their status from the API (the cloudsync endpoint), but I'm having the same results there.

Any idea why it would be doing this, or a way to fix it?

I'm on version 13.0-U4.
