Cloud Sync Issue

I have onedrive cloud sync set up. It was working perfectly fine and suddenly after update, it stopped working. It shows that it has successfully done syncing, but new content doesn't get uploaded at all.

So I figured what is going on. If it is empty folder, it doesn't sync. @Administrator Is it normal feature or bug?
